Bucking the trend in healthcare, UCHealth’s workforce is younger and more plugged-in to digital devices. In addition to communicating with a dispersed, mobile workforce, these demographics also posed a challenge when it came to employee engagement.

 

UCHealth had to learn how to best reach and communicate with employees across many different facilities who are driven by meaningful work. In response, UCHealth tore up their annual engagement survey in lieu of a process that is transparent and in real time.
